Job Summary:
The purpose of the consultancy is to provide programmatic and technical support to UNFPA cross-border operation and to Syrian partners to ensure proper and adequate integration of SRH and GBV services.
Within the scope of this assignment, the consultant will support the expansion of the GBV-SRH Integration Initiative in NWS. Specifically, he/she will contribute to the evaluation of the level of integration of gender based violence (GBV) and sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services while enhancing the skills of medical and non-medical staff to respond to the specific needs of GBV survivors. The consultant will develop and/or contextualize and roll out capacity building initiatives for the staff of the reproductive health facilities (CEmONC and BEmONC) in the NWS, while ensuring ongoing monitoring and reporting on the findings emerged from the Initiative.

Qualifications and Experience:
Education and Experience:
- Medicine degree.
- 5 years of relevant international experience in the field of RH and GBV including SRH and GBV integration.
- Microsoft Office, Windows-based applications, integrated web-based management systems, spreadsheets and databases.
Skills and Competencies:
- Reproductive health in emergency context is an asset.
- Development or revision of training tools is an asset.
- Training preparation and delivery is an asset.
Languages:
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic
