Amber is designed to make the lives of women and girls easier. Beyond being a menstrual calendar and a planning application, AMBER aims to support women so they feel healthier and safer.
In addition to being a calendar which helps women monitor their menstrual cycles and pregnancies, AMBER is also designed as a diary where women can record important dates and situations concerning their physical and mental health.
AMBER also aims to increase women’s awareness of their bodily autonomy and body rights. For this purpose, the application offers information screens, videos and guidance links which facilitate women to access the necessary information and support mechanisms so that women can get the most reliable, practical and up-to-date information concerning their health and safety.
Moreover, AMBER provides information and guidance support for women to correctly identify and make risk assessments about situations that negatively affect their physical and mental health, and also learn the possible measures and plan the steps they can take.
