Current Overview of Turkey’s Population
As of January 2016, the population of Turkey, defined by the number of people residing in Turkey, is approximately 78.7 million'. Including temporary residents, the population of Turkey is estimated to exceed 81 million. This report presents certain topics related to the current status of Turkey's population and certain prominent issues related to its population, and to provide those working in this field with a current overview of the country's population.
