The “Working Life and Domestic Violence in the Pandemic Period” report has been repared by the Sabancı University Corporate Governance Forum of Turkey (SU CGF) with the support of United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and Sabancı Foundation, and with the cooperation of Turkish Industry and Business Association (TUSIAD). The report reveals the domestic violence patterns among the working people during the pandemic. The report aims to analyze the role of businesses that adopt and implement gender equality policies in the prevention of violence against women. In the light of the collected data and the resulting analyses, the report provides recommendations for the businesses to prevent women from being negatively affected by the remote working process and support gender equality in the workplace .
